- 3. Proceed to payment to confirm your booking.

A. Yes, you can cancel your bus ticket.
Simply log in to your account, go to the "My Bookings" section, select the ticket you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation process.
Second option you can cancel the ticket as a Guest user

Steps 1:
- 1. Enter PNR NO: (Passenger Number Registration)
- 2. Date of Journey (Travel date of the ticket)
- 3. Registered Email ID (Provided while booking the ticket)
- 4. Mobile Number ( Primary Passenger Number Provided while booking the ticket)
- 5. Submit
Step 2.
- 1. Cancel / Parital Cancel (If Multi Booking More than one seat)
- 2. The Details will be displayed with Pnr details and Cancellation charges and the amount to be refunded)
- 3. Click On Cancel (The said Ticket will be cancelled)
* And the amount will be refunded in 7 to 8 Business days.
A. Yes,Simply log in to your account, go to the "My Bookings" section, select the ticket you wish to cancel, and follow the Modification process (Postpone / Prepone).
Second option you can cancel the ticket as a Guest user

- 4. Mobile Number ( Primary Passenger Number Provided while booking the ticket)
- 5. Submit
Step 2.
- 1. Postpone / Partial Postpone (If Multi Booking More than one seat)
- 2. The Details will be displayed with Pnr details and Postpone charges (* If the difference in fare should be paid)
- 3. Click On Re-schedule (The Pop up will be displayed to select the Postpone Date and Schedule where you can change the Source and Destination and Type of Bus vice / versa)
Please note that Postpone/Preponement policies and charges may vary depending on the policy.
*Once the ticket is Modified, it cannot be cancelled / rescheduled further.
A. In most cases, there's no need to print your bus ticket.
You can simply show the e-ticket or booking confirmation on your mobile device during boarding.
However, if you prefer a printed ticket,
you can take a printout of the e-ticket when the ticket is confirmed, You can click on print
or booking confirmation email / WhatsApp message will be sent through Ticket attachment (PDF).
A. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of booking, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it,
